Nice video here...what I would like to point out to the backs....go to 1:31 and 1:41 on the video and watch how the running back in the video keeps his head and eyes up and spies the good CUTBACK holes. This is a huge key to making the base zone plays work. All along is this video as well, there are many examples of the 4 hands 4 eyes rule being applied up front.
